| Maintenance and Repairs |
| Well funded, highly equipped electronics laboratories are situated in the central areas of Lagos, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Abuja, Warri, Bayelsa, Jos, Uyo, and Kano, which are available to the public and our numerous customers within the country. The labs are manned by world class professionals with proven records of maintenance, diagnosis and repairs histories. | This sub-department caters to `point of sales’ of hardware and software of I.T tools and currently serves over 4000 customers who exist in various cities and numerous towns across Nigeria and beyond. |

| We deal and stimulate security/power issues at this department. HI-DEF have specialist on network security, platform security and system security. Our experts on power, proffers solutions to infrastructural-based sites, VSAT installation, TX and RX power protection. |

| Telecommunication |
| The majority of our project implementation is hinged on this department. In network design, implementation of LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN and other interconnectivity projects within and outside the country, HI-DEF I.T LIMITED can be relied on. We also manage existing networks, administrate and install VSAT links. |

| Training |
| The training department forms the fundamental basic structure of HI-DEF I.T LIMITED.
Courses that are simply engineering in nature are offered. We however offer tailored courses for students and corporate officials as the need arise. |

| Due to client increase we deem it paramount to support them especially, those buying our products, other distributors as well as nominal users.
